1. Products Covered

We sell dry herb vaporizers that are shipped empty and intended solely for use with legal botanical herbs such as chamomile, peppermint, and other non-restricted substances.

Use of our products with any of the following is strictly prohibited:

• Nicotine
• Tobacco
• Cannabis or CBD (unless specifically permitted under applicable law)
• Any illegal or controlled substance

Although our vaporizers do not contain nicotine or blades, they are classified similarly to smoking accessories and are therefore restricted to customers aged 18 or over.

2. Legal Age Requirement

Under UK law—including the Nicotine Inhaling Products (Age of Sale and Proxy Purchasing) Regulations 2015—it is illegal to sell certain smoking-related products, including vaporizers, to anyone under the age of 18. Accordingly, we do not sell any of our products to individuals under 18.

3. Online Age Verification

To comply with age restriction laws and demonstrate due diligence:

• All customers must confirm they are 18 or older before completing a purchase.
• We use a trusted, independent, and GDPR-compliant third-party service, AgeChecked Limited, to perform age verification.
• Silver Lion Europe LTD does not store or access any personal verification data—we only receive confirmation of a pass or fail result.

4. Age-Verified Delivery (Voluntary Safeguard)

While UK law currently does not require age-verified delivery for vaporizers that do not contain nicotine, we go further to ensure responsible retailing.

• All orders are dispatched using tracked, signed-for, and age-verified delivery services.
• Delivery personnel may request valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, or PASS card) upon delivery.
• If satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided, delivery will be refused.

5. Challenge 25

We follow the Challenge 25 principle:

• If a customer appears to be under 25, delivery drivers may request proof of age.
• If valid ID is not provided, the order will not be delivered.

This approach strengthens our commitment to preventing underage access.

6. No Proxy Purchasing

We strictly prohibit proxy sales, where adults attempt to purchase our products on behalf of minors. If we become aware that a purchase has been made for someone under 18, we reserve the right to:

• Cancel the order,
• Block future sales,
• And, where appropriate, report the matter to relevant authorities.

7. Age Gate on Website

Upon visiting our website, users are required to confirm they are 18 years or older. This age gate is part of our online safeguards and helps restrict underage access to age-limited product content.

8. Monitoring Legal Developments

We actively monitor changes in legislation, including developments under the Tobacco and Vapes Bill and related regulations. Our policy will be updated promptly if the legal framework for non-nicotine vaporisers changes.
